Caltech Help - New Request Tracking System

Effective Monday, April 15th, Caltech Help will be the new system for IMSS, Card Office, and Procurement service requests. Other campus service centers, including Human Resources, will soon join this system. Caltech Help's web interface allows you to conveniently submit and track service requests, as well as view your request history. Caltech Help also features a list of FAQs to help you find answers to common service requests. To start using Caltech Help, go to and log in with your access.caltech username and password. Alternatively, you can log in to and select Caltech Help under the Administrative Services heading.

Off the Clock: Art on Your Own Time - 2013

Our eighth annual Off the Clock: Art on Your Own Time Exhibit was held in Dabney Lounge February 12th-14th. It was well-attended and displayed the multi-faceted talents of the Caltech Community. A reception was held in Dabney Garden Thursday, February 14th to acknowledge the winners in each category.


Attendees were asked to vote for their favorite artists in each of thirteen categories to determine the People's Choice awards.


A Grand Prize was awarded to the artist with the greatest total in the popular vote.

IMSS Help Desk is Moving!

Effective Monday, February 25th, the Help Desk and Hardware Repairs will be located in Central Engineering Services (building 85). The Help Desk will be located in Room 204 and Hardware Repairs will be in Room 109. Also note that our new mail code is 200-85. The move is scheduled to take place Friday, Februrary 22nd and the Help Desk will be closed for walk-ins 12PM-5PM that day.
